What is Direct Primary Care?
Direct Primary Care is a membership-based healthcare model where you pay a low monthly fee directly to your doctor — no insurance middlemen. In exchange, you get unlimited visits, longer appointments, and 24/7 access to Dr. Vicencio. It’s healthcare built around the relationship between you and your physician.
Do you accept insurance?
V Medcare operates outside of traditional insurance for primary care services. Your monthly DPC membership covers your visits, and we don’t bill insurance for those services. We recommend pairing your membership with a high-deductible health plan or health-share for hospital, specialist, and emergency coverage. For aesthetic services, we offer transparent per-treatment pricing.
Do I need to be a DPC member to get aesthetic treatments?
No. Our aesthetic services are available to everyone, whether or not you’re a DPC member. However, DPC members enjoy the added benefit of having their treating physician already deeply familiar with their health history, medications, and wellness goals — which often leads to better, safer outcomes.
What aesthetic devices and treatments do you offer?

Every aesthetic treatment is performed or directly supervised by Dr. Vicencio, a board-certified family physician with over 24 years of experience. Because he also serves as your primary care doctor for DPC members, he has a comprehensive understanding of your health that no standalone med spa can match.
What does the DPC membership include?
Your membership includes unlimited in-office visits, virtual visits by phone or secure video, annual wellness exams, in-office testing (EKG, vision screening, hearing screening, urinalysis), chronic disease management, care coordination with specialists, and 24/7 access to Dr. Vicencio for non-emergency needs. Lab work and imaging are available at deeply discounted rates.
